CoraB x Baubles Lover

The Lover portrait was created to be the centerpiece of the Eras Collection. The pink branding and signature candy cloud background blends the colors of the collection together as a cohesive group. Instead of painting an outfit from the Lover Era, the iconic bodysuit from the opening act of the tour was used to bring together the color and vibrancy of seeing Taylor on tour. Lover was the first album created after her public departure with Big Machine Records. After recalibrating her public persona and personal life following the Reputation Tour, she was inspired to write a joyful album created to be a “love letter to love.” Heavily inspired by her budding romance with long term partner Joe Alwyn, the album encompasses the excitement and infatuation of love along with the anxiety that parallels fear of commitment. The album also tackles her takes on political issues such as LGBT rights and feminism.

This piece was created by Cora B. Gallery for the Eras Collection in conjunction with Baubles by Bella Bella. It currently hangs in their foyer installment as part of the Cora B. Gallery artist in residency for the store. The piece is for sale along with the rest of the collection in store and on this website. Limited signed and numbered prints of this piece are available for purchase.
